“One of the best things I ever did for myself was start weekly training sessions with Cherese. She has a knack for knowing what each individual needs. I look forward to eventually increasing to 2 sessions a week. ‘You’re never too old’”

“Working with Cherese has been our first experience with pilates. We’ve found it to be a terrific way to maintain strength and flexibility as we age. Cherese’s guidance is personalized and based in significant experience.”

“I am 69 and walk Lagunas steep hills regularly, so I consider myself pretty fit for my age. I recently tried Pilates classes with Cherise and highly recommend her! She helped me with strengthening my core, balance, arms, and just improving my overall strength! It’s SO important as we age to work on those muscles you don’t normally use. The reformer makes it easier to get started if you aren’t already fit, but she also helps for you to work at home as well!”

“Cherese keeps my body working! I’m 52yrs old and I feel very fortunate to have had the benefit of personalised PT with Cherese for the last 8 years. It amazes me how she adapts my training to accommodate my changing body and maximise results. Tapping in to Cherese’ decades of experience in every field of PT is a wise choice.”

“At age 54 I had a hip replacement so that I could continue doing the sports I loved, primarily volleyball and surfing. After my hip replacement, I was looking for more progress than I was receiving during my twice weekly physical therapy. It had been 7 months, and I still felt a huge lack in flexibility and strength. Another friend of mine who also had a hip replacement had worked with Cherese and highly recommended her. I’m convinced that the Pilates I’ve done with Cherese got me over the hump and back into the sports that I love. Along the way, I actually had a lot of fun as well. Cherese has great energy, super keen insight, and observation about the alignment of someone’s body. Her background working at a physical therapy office is evident during our workouts. She is a master at individualizing for each client and their body’s special needs. The exercises that I did on the reformer built the muscles necessary to jump again safely in the sand and kept me from injuring other joints. The flexibility I gained during pilates has me popping up easily during surfing. In fact, the growth I have made in flexibility is huge in comparison to my past physical therapy office visits. I’m back to playing my sports, but I continue to go to Cherese‘s classes for the fun atmosphere and the changes that I’m seeing in my body shape. I feel a variety of deeper muscles I was never able to tap in to, and am fairly certain that had I been able to developed those in my 40’s, I may have been able to postpone or avoid the need for surgery.”
